Orpington Choikwangdo

Choikwangdo is a modern martial art that focuses on health, fitness and self - defence. It is easy to learn and good fun to practise. The atmosphere is friendly but disciplined. Lessons have helped over twenty students survive violent attacks including knife and bottle attacks.
